Terms of Use:

• Non-Commercial Use: These Brand Assets may only be used for non-commercial purposes.

• No Derivatives: These Brand Assets may not be modified, altered, or used to create derivative works.

• No Ownership Claims: No person or entity may claim ownership or authorship of these Brand Assets.

• Restricted Naming: Third parties may not use "HyperionOS" or "HOS" in a product name, domain, or branding (e.g., "HyperionOS Lite" is not allowed).
